About DRC

Founded and headed by experienced recruiter and Managing Director Danish Rana, DRC Healthcare Pakistan is a leading healthcare staffing provider to both the public and private sectors in the UK. A member of the Hamilton Bradshaw group and backed by James Caan as part of the Recruitment Entrepreneur international portfolio of companies DRC has successfully supplied quality and value for money to all our clients since our formation in 2001 and rank within the top healthcare suppliers.

Identifying a gap in the recruitment market, DRC Healthcare was created in light of the ever-changing and developing healthcare sector which now has a strong demand for a niche caliber of talent.

We have a growth plan to expand the company to achieve a headcount of 50 in the first year, 100 in the second, and to expand nationally to cities like Karachi and Islamabad within the next 3 years.

James Caan CBE

James Caan is one of Britain’s most successful and dynamic entrepreneurs. He has been building and selling businesses for over 25 years. James is the founder and CEO of Hamilton Bradshaw, based in Mayfair, London. The company was founded in 2004 and specializes in buyouts, venture capital, turnarounds, and real estate investment in the UK.

With over 14 years of experience, Danish has a wide-ranging skillset which covers direct sourcing in corporate, consultancy and various RPO models. Danish has liaised and worked with recruitment companies across the world, across USA, UK, Middle East and Europe and has a proven record in Permanent and Temporary recruitment.
